I accept payments in the form of cash, check or Visa / Mastercard at the time of service.
Insurance:
At this time, I do not currently work directly with insurance groups or panels. I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement of fees or any other necessary documentation if you would like to request reimbursement from your insurance company.
