Counseling / Performance Enhancement Appointments
Your first visit will be about 75-90 minutes in length. I will assess your current performance goals and areas of improvement, and together we will decide on a plan for services. We may utilize the use of video clips of your performances, biofeedback software, or other forms of media to help the development of performance skills. I encourage practicing the skills learned in our sessions. Psychological performance skills are just like physical skills-they take practice to learn and refine.
It can be helpful at times for us to have our appointment in your practice or competition setting in order to most effectively learn and apply mental and emotional skills. Concerns around confidentiality are carefully considered and discussed before meeting in your athletic environment.
Team Building Workshops
Team Building Workshops are a great way to increase team unity, cohesion, and agreement to team goals. Workshops will be tailored to the specific needs of your team. The length of time and type of services will be based on what will be most effective for your goals and objectives. Workshops can occur in a variety of settings, such as your location of practice / competition, specific activity centers, or indoors. Sport Performance Skills Workshops
Specific Performance Skills Workshops are provided to teams or coaching staffs. These are educational workshops designed to help teach effective performance skills, and offer opportunities to practice implementing skills presented.
